About Us
Nancy Dobbs, REALTOR© and Associate Broker was a registered nurse for 29 years and then became interested in rural New Mexico. She moved to Ramah, NM in 2002 with her contractor husband and received her associate broker position first with Davis Realty (working there for 3 years), and now works with Sandia Peak Realty. Nancy credits her nursing background as being invaluable in working in real estate. It taught her to remain neutral, keep the customer educated and satisfied, and disclose and provide a safe environment for everyone involved. She prides herself on taking all the time someone needs to follow their dreams, keeping everyone aware of the possibilities and risks, and above all, make the experience a positive one.
Nancy Ramm, REALTOR© and Associate Broker was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, but with the very first visit to the area, Nancy and her family were lured into a new adventure of life in the mountains. With sixteen years of experience in defining processes for Honeywell Aerospace, Nancy’s strong suit is helping a customer understand the process of real estate transactions. While she believes that trust between a broker and a customer is absolutely key, Nancy feels that an educated customer will better understand the choices and in the end, will be more comfortable making important decisions.
